IKI RIDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
Annual Dinner Meeting
November 9, 2005
Waialae Country Club
- After the dinner, President Janice Wright called the meeting to
order at 7:44 PM
- President Wright introduced new residents who were present.
- President Wright complimented Security Chair Ginger Plasch for her
outstanding and diligent work on behalf of the Association and our
residents.
- President Wright announced that we currently have the highest percent
in recent history of resident households which are paying Association
dues.
- President Wright called attention to the fact that the WIRCA website
has been redesigned, and encouraged residents to visit it.
- Treasurer Roger Liu delivered the Treasurer's report.
- Ginger Plasch, Security Chair, introduced our long-time security
guard, Rick Mills, and our new guard, Steve George. She reminded all
residents to report any suspicious activity to our guards as soon
as it is seen.
- David Andrew, Nominating Chair, introduced the slate of Directors
for 2006, and thanked those Directors leaving the Board at the end
of 2005.
- Judy Fadrowsky, President-elect for 2006, thanked outgoing President
Janice Wright for her contributions during the three years she served
the Board.
- President Wright adjourned the meeting at 8:19 PM.
