Hello Everyone,

Welcome to the Waialae Iki Ridge Community Association website. You will find a great deal of helpful information about our neighborhood, and can post comments or email Board members.

Our all volunteer Board of Directors has been very active this year. We have updated our membership data base so that we can contact you in case of any emergency; we have met with Star Protection several times at their offices to update the service they provide to us; we were able to work with the city and get the Waialae Iki tennis courts resurfaced a year ahead of its scheduled repairs (they were turned into basketball and volleyball courts); we are working on tree trimming in the park, and have had maintenance done to various sprinklers in the park. We are working with HPD to reduce speeding up and down Laukahi, and have a group of residents who wave “slow down” signs during rush hours.

Our ridge is such a great place to live, with incredible views, quiet streets, breezes and showers, caring neighbors, an active and involved neighborhood board, and almost zero crime. We are the most secure non-gated community I have ever known!

Thanks to everyone who pays their membership dues so that we can continue to have patrolled guards and security throughout our hill. I look forward to seeing you all at the Annual Meeting on November 9 at the Outrigger Canoe Club.
